Política de devoluções
Só devolveremos o depósito de adiantamento de reservas se a mesma for cancelada em até 15 dias de antecedência. Caso contrário o cliente terá esse crédito com o hotel, que poderá ser usado em até seis meses da data da reserva (exceto Reveillon e Carnaval).

Return Policy
We will return the deposit of an advance reservation if it
is canceled within 15 days in advance.
Otherwise the customer will have that credit with the hotel, which can be used within six months from date of booking (except New Year and Carnival).
